After consultation, we will be able to come up with what we believe is the most logical plan of attack for your workouts. For example, pushing too hard, initially, can lead to undesirable results as is doing too little. Thus you will have to go through some trial and error before we find the perfect process for you. But the program is designed for you individually and for you alone. We have literally hundreds of routines from floor exercises to balance ball, pilates, and strength training.
We will make swift adjustments to your workouts so that you can start seeing the results you want. Over a relatively short period I will get to know you well and we will adjust your workouts accordingly. And weight may not necessarily be your concern. There are dozens of very good reasons to exercise and many of them are outlined on my Exercising page. Any good trainer will motivate you to get through the workouts and will push you to your full potential. However, in the end, your body is only going to work as well as it can and our job is to make sure we get the maximum benefit from the time we spend together.
